Outreach Ministry
Holy Trinity shares God’s love in a variety of ways by serving the community in the name of Christ.
In addition to the ministries listed below, we give over $100,000 in the name of Christ each year to support other ministries that help people in both a spiritual and physical need.
Three of our hallmark “hands-on” ministries in which we actively participate are:
(Formerly called Interfaith Hospitality Network)—a ministry to homeless families that stay on the Holy Trinity campus for a week at a time approximately four times a year. During this week, members of Holy Trinity volunteer their time throughout the day and overnight to contribute to this much needed local ministry. If you wish to volunteer, sign up boards can be found in the Welcome Center and on our website a few weeks before the next families are due to stay.
A ministry to feed school students nutritious meals on weekends. This ministry serves students who receive free or reduced lunch at school. We feed 40+ children from Lingerfeldt Elementary School each weekend during the school year.
We have an on-going relationship with this Christian orphanage. Each year we send individuals and families to serve at Casa Bernabe for a week at a time - and each year we receive much more than we give to them! We are blessed by serving in Christ’s name. Many disciples of Holy Trinity sponsor children from the orphanage. For more information click the title above or see www.foce.org.
